An early-1990s golf community, and what that means for the cage
Most Timacuan homes went up between 1989 and 2001, on golf-course and water-view lots along the course and Crystal Lake Preserve. Cages this age are past the point where original spline still grips reliably — the same failure pattern described on the home page and the mesh guide: the aluminium frame is usually still sound at 129 mph Risk Category I, but the spline has hardened and the mesh has outlived its practical service life.
Where the no-see-um case actually applies

Only on the lots that back Crystal Lake Preserve or a pond — not the whole neighbourhood. UF/IFAS identifies the moist margins of freshwater bodies as prime larval habitat for biting midges, and Timacuan borders the preserve directly, so an interior lot two streets back does not carry the same case for the tighter, lower-airflow 20x20 weave.
